Μπήκε στο μήνα της η ηθοποιός και μετρά αντίστροφα για τη γέννηση του πρώτου της παιδιού

Η 33χρονη, που εκτός από ηθοποιός είναι και δασκάλα yoga, εξακολουθεί να γυμνάζεται αν και δυσκολεύεται, όπως έχει παραδεχτεί.

Σε ένα από τα πολλά post είχε γράψει: «Δεν μπορώ να πιστέψω πόσο δύσκολο είναι να κάνω μια απλή άσκηση. Εξακολουθώ να κάνω yoga αλλά και ένα απλό περπάτημα μου κόβει την ανάσα”.

Είναι τόσο ενθουσιασμένη για τον ερχομό του μωρού της που δεν έχει σταματήσει να ανεβάζει φωτογραφίες στο προσωπικό της λογαριασμό στο Instagram με την φουσκωμένη της κοιλίτσα.

Για την Casey Batchelor, και τον σύντροφό της Dane Goodson αυτό θα είναι το πρώτο τους παιδί.

It’s so snowy and cold outside so I rolled my matt out and did a gentle hip opener and strengthening yoga flow. Nice and easy so anyone can follow . Perfect for all my pregnant mama followers but also for anyone else wanting to work on their hip openers which also can help with back pain….? . Even though I don’t really feel like doing much at all as my belly grows week after week, it’s important to keep moving throughout pregnancy. Third trimester exercises are some of the most important, helping to alleviate aches and pains while also prepping your body for labour. This lovely gentle flow will help open up the hips and pelvis, and help strengthen some of the muscles you’ll be using during childbirth…. namaste ? REMEMBER to take it nice and slow and breathe with each movement ? . If anyone has particular aches, pains, or flows they would like me to film so you can follow, then please post below and I’ll see what I can do ???‍♀️

I’ve been trying to get in some daily swimming whilst I’ve been away as it’s one of the best exercises you can do when pregnant ?? I’m going to be honest ladies just walking up the stairs gets me out of breath, my fitness level is most definitely not what it use to be!!! So I decided to do a length at a time in more of the shallow end so when I stand my feet can reach the floor, then at the end of each length I’ve been doing some lovely stretches, quads, hamstrings etc. It felt so lovely stretching in the pool as your body is so light it takes the strain and heaviness off of all your joints so you can really enjoy the stretch ?‍♀️ and of course doing some long calming breathing whilst stretching ? . I also can only wear swimming costumes now, the boobs just do not fit in a bikini, spillage everywhere ?? swimming costumes are the only thing that can keep them contained ? #mumtobe #prenatal #namaste #yogalove #fitnessmotivation #pregnancyyoga #pregnancyfitness #holiday
